Programme Development and Delivery Assistant

Programme Development and Delivery Assistant

Tell me about the role…
We are seeking a Programme Development and Delivery Assistant to provide valuable support to our Founder, Natasha. The role will include assisting with the delivery of workshops, creating programme material and driving forward the growth of Bold Voices. As a new organisation, we consist of a small team and are seeking a bright, engaging and passionate person who is keen to work creatively.

The role is part time (roughly 10 hours per week), London based, and would be a great opportunity for a student who is seeking work experience. Given that Bold Voices is a new and growing organisation, at this stage we regret to say we are unable to provide a salary, and so this is a voluntary position. However, this is an exciting and dynamic role with huge potential for leadership and growth. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a difference and gain experience in a small, feminist start up.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working with young people or in education - particularly in a workshop facilitation environment.

  • Motivation to empower young people through the education of gender equality.

  • Full DBS check or potential to get one.

  • Demonstrable interest in and passion for women’s rights, equality, feminism and intersectionality.

  • Alignment with our core values: intersectionality, equality, honesty, advocacy, hope, progression.

  • Ability to commit to role for 3-6 months and a minimum of 10 hours a week.

  • Highly motivated, creative, team player that is able to work independently, flexibly and drive projects forward.
