HEAD OF FACILITATION AND EDUCATION

We are looking for an engaging and experienced Head of Facilitation and Education to oversee and manage our facilitator team and education programmes tackling misogyny, gender inequality and gender-based violence in schools. 

Role Type: 3 days per week

Salary: £35K - £42K pro rata (experience dependent)

Duration: Permanent

Location: London (with travel across the UK)

Start Date: March 2026

Deadline: Friday 6th February, 5pm. Applicants will be assessed on a rolling basis so please apply early to avoid disappointment.

Reporting to: CEO and Founder

Requirements: The candidate must have the Right to Work in the UK and pass Safer Recruitment Checks including an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check with Children's Barred List Check.

Bold Voices are looking for new board members to fill skills gaps and to support as we consolidate our operational running and grows in the future.

Founded in 2018, today we’re a small team with 4 full time members of staff and 14 expert freelance facilitators from across the UK. Our backgrounds are varied and include masters level study in gender and education as well as many years experience facilitating difficult conversations with young people

The purpose of the board is to support Bold Voices in its growth and operational running. The Bold Voices board is intended to complement and strengthen the strategic and operational running of Bold Voices, led by CEO & Founder Natasha Eeles.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a dynamic social impact organisation with a vision to eradicate young people’s experiences of gender inequality and gender-based violence.

We’re particularly interested in people people with proven experience of the following areas: Safeguarding, Public Relations and Media, HR and People, Fundraising and Growth.
